Trust-net is obliged to cancel the transfer of funds to the supplier, in case the customer notifies Trust-net of cancellation of the transaction, for the purchase of the product or service, according to the terms and dates detailed further.

For the first time, the customer receives full security and assurance that they will receive the product or service they ordered, and in case of cancellation of the order, by the reasons already described, they will be refunded.

Trust-net’s policy is to securely transfer funds from the customer to the supplier, and in the other hand to prevent the payments from a supplier who failed to fulfill his commitments to the customer, by not supplying the product or service ordered from him and paid for with credit card, electronic check or any other form of payment. 

Trust-net will make everything in its power to protect the customer, providing full assurance and security in purchasing via the Internet, through Trust-net. 

"Sensitive" information is transferred using SSL encryption system. The system is supervised, totally closed using methods and means purchased or developed by Trust-net or affiliated companies.
