The supplier is the
sole responsible by the quality and good state of the
product, for its suitability to the order, its features and
its supply to the customer, as well as further commitments
effective upon the supplier
according to law.
According to our
policy, Trust-net does not supply its services to
sellers or suppliers who do not advertise their phone
numbers or support e-mail address with in the Website. That
in order to protect and assist registered Trust-net
customers and consumers.
Payments to
suppliers for their products or services will be done
through Trust-net's payment servers. |

After the reception
of the order details by Trust-net, the order will be
forwarded to the recognized supplier. Simultaneously, the
details will be passed thru Trust-net risk management
anti fraud systems before it is transmitted to the credit
card acquirer or banking institution in order to debt the
customer's or consumer account.
The credit card
company, in accordance to its rules and regulations, will
credit Trust-net’s account for the purchase of the product
or service, and in accordance to the terms of order.
Trust-net will pay the supplier or seller for the order,
in accordance to the agreement signed between Trust-net
and the supplier or seller. |
